On a personal front, I am a tea guzzling, cake munching, prosecco loving, nikon & fuji shooting, sarcasm fluent mama of boys and bunnies as well as a Yorkshire man's wife.  I also happen to be a maker of memories!

Professionally, my job is to capture your wedding in the most natural, fun and enjoyable way possible with the option of wrapping it all up in a beautiful album that you can keep forever.

I live with my aforementioned Husband, our 3 boys and our 3 rabbit furbabies in the heart of Staffordshire and I enjoy nothing more than capturing weddings locally.  I also travel to cover weddings in parts of Derbyshire, The Midlands, Cheshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.  If asked, I will cover areas further afield and even have my first destination wedding to look forward to in 2017.

Being raised in Canada, you will know it is me by the accent, but don't worry - you won't hear me ordering people around or being bossy.  Quite the opposite infact!  My style is very relaxed so you and your guests will feel at ease, I would go as far as to say that much of the day you won't even know I am there as I tend to be a bit of a photography ninja, ducking and diving to get the shots without being too obtrusive.  I have also been known to be an agony aunt, tea & sympathy provider, emergency fixer-upper, the calming influence and occassionally, an emergency taxi driver.

My wedding photography style is a relaxed, mostly informal 'Documentary" style, so I make sure to capture those special little moments that as a busy Bride & Groom you often miss out on during the blur that is your special day.  I also love to work with you to create those special images with the added 'Wow' factor.

If you like the sound of what I do and are looking for a wedding photographer in Staffordshire or further afield, then I would love to hear about your plans.

In some patients, concomitant use of what is the medication lasix used for these two drug classes can lower blood pressure lasix elevated creatinine significantly see Drug Interactions (7.2) and Clinical Pharmacology (12.2) leading to symptomatic hypotension (e.g., dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting). Effects on Bleeding There have been postmarketing reports of bleeding events in patients who have taken lasix iv side effects Viagra. Patients who have suffered a myocardial infarction, stroke, or life-threatening arrhythmia within the last 6 months; Patients with buy lasix tablet lasix without prescription resting hypotension (BP 90/50 mmHg) or hypertension (BP 170/110 mmHg Patients with cardiac failure or coronary artery disease causing unstable angina. An observational case-crossover study evaluated the risk of naion when PDE5 buy lasix without prescription inhibitor use, as a class, occurred immediately before naion onset (within 5 half-lives compared to PDE5 inhibitor use in a prior time buy lasix in racehorses lasix without prescription period. Adverse Reactions with the Concomitant Use of Ritonavir The concomitant administration of the protease inhibitor ritonavir substantially increases serum concentrations of sildenafil (11-fold increase in AUC). PDE5 inhibitors, including Viagra, and alpha-adrenergic blocking agents are both vasodilators with blood pressure lowering effects. In addition, the combination of heparin and Viagra maximum dose of lasix had an additive effect on bleeding time in the anesthetized rabbit, but this buy lasix without prescription interaction has not been studied in humans. If priapism is not treated immediately, penile tissue damage and permanent loss of potency could result. Hearing Loss Physicians should advise patients to stop taking PDE5 inhibitors, including Viagra, and seek prompt medical attention in the event of sudden decrease or loss of hearing. Safety of combined use of PDE5 inhibitors and alpha-blockers may be affected by other variables, including intravascular volume depletion and other anti-hypertensive drugs. A causal relationship between Viagra and these events has not been established. However, in vitro studies with human platelets indicate that sildenafil potentiates the antiaggregatory effect of sodium nitroprusside (a nitric oxide donor). There are no controlled clinical data on the safety or efficacy buy lasix without prescription of Viagra in the following groups; if prescribed, this should be done with caution. The safety of Viagra is unknown in patients with bleeding disorders and patients with active peptic ulceration. Hypotension when Co-administered with Alpha-blockers or Anti-hypertensives Alpha-blockers Caution is advised when PDE5 inhibitors are co-administered with alpha-blockers. Physicians should consider whether their patients with underlying naion risk factors could be adversely affected by use of PDE5 inhibitors. There are no controlled clinical data on the safety or efficacy of Viagra in patients with retinitis pigmentosa (a minority of these patients have genetic disorders of retinal phosphodiesterases if prescribed, this should be done with caution. Consideration should be given to the following: Patients who demonstrate hemodynamic instability on alpha-blocker therapy alone are at increased risk of symptomatic hypotension with concomitant use of PDE5 inhibitors. Therefore, PDE5 inhibitors, including Viagra, should be used with caution in these patients and only when the anticipated benefits outweigh the risks. Individuals with "crowded" optic disc are also considered at greater risk for naion compared to the general population, however, evidence is insufficient to support screening of prospective users of PDE5 inhibitors, including Viagra, for this uncommon condition. Such an event may be a sign of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (naion a rare condition and a cause of decreased vision including permanent loss of vision, that has been reported rarely post-marketing in temporal association with the use of all PDE5 inhibitors. Patients should be stable on alpha-blocker therapy prior to initiating a PDE5 inhibitor. Other risk factors for naion, such as the presence of "crowded" optic disc, may have contributed to the occurrence of naion in these studies. Stepwise increase in alpha-blocker dose may be associated with further lowering of blood pressure when taking a PDE5 inhibitor. Neither the rare post-marketing reports, nor the association of PDE5 inhibitor use and naion in the observational studies, substantiate a causal relationship between PDE5 inhibitor use and naion see Adverse Reactions (6.2). However, there are no controlled clinical data on the safety or efficacy of Viagra in patients with sickle cell or related anemias. Such combinations may further lower blood pressure. Combination with other PDE5 Inhibitors or Other Erectile Dysfunction Therapies The safety and efficacy of combinations of Viagra with other PDE5 Inhibitors, including revatio or other pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) treatments containing sildenafil, or other treatments for erectile dysfunction have not been studied. Viagra should be used with caution in patients with anatomical deformation of the penis (such as angulation, cavernosal fibrosis or Peyronie's disease or in patients who have conditions which may predispose them to priapism (such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia). It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to the use of PDE5 inhibitors or to other factors see Adverse Reactions (6.1,.2). In those patients already taking an optimized dose of a PDE5 inhibitor, alpha-blocker therapy should be initiated at the lowest dose. Individuals who have already experienced naion are at increased risk of naion recurrence. Use with caution in patients with the following underlying conditions which can be particularly sensitive to the actions of vasodilators including Viagra those with left ventricular outflow obstruction (e.g., aortic stenosis, idiopathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis) and those with severely impaired autonomic control of blood pressure. Prolonged buy lasix without prescription Erection and Priapism Prolonged erection greater than 4 hours and priapism (painful erections greater than 6 hours in duration) have been reported infrequently since market approval of Viagra. The results suggest an approximate 2-fold increase in the risk of naion, with a risk estimate.15 (95.06,.34). In humans, Viagra has no effect on bleeding time when taken alone or with aspirin. In those patients who are stable on alpha-blocker therapy, PDE5 inhibitors should be initiated at the lowest dose see Dosage and Administration (2.3). Based on published literature, the annual incidence of naion.511.8 cases per 100,000 in males aged. In the event of an erection that persists longer than 4 hours, the patient should seek immediate medical assistance. If Viagra is prescribed to patients taking ritonavir, caution should be used.

Lasix for barrel horses

For other uses, see, appaloosa (disambiguation). The, appaloosa is an American horse breed lasix for barrel horses best known for its colorful spotted coat lasix for barrel horses pattern. There is a wide range of lasix for barrel horses body types within the breed, stemming from the influence lasix for barrel horses of multiple breeds of horses throughout its history. Each horse's color pattern is genetically the result of various spotting patterns overlaid on top of one of several recognized base coat colors. The color pattern of the Appaloosa is of interest to those who study equine coat color genetics, as it and several other physical characteristics are linked to the leopard complex mutation (LP). Appaloosas are prone lasix for barrel horses to develop equine recurrent uveitis and congenital stationary night blindness ; the latter has been linked to the leopard complex. Artwork depicting prehistoric horses with leopard spotting exists in prehistoric cave paintings in Europe. Images of domesticated horses with leopard spotting patterns appeared in artwork from. Ancient Greece and, han dynasty, china through the early modern period. In North America, the, nez Perce people of what today is the United States. Pacific Northwest developed the original American breed. Settlers once referred to these spotted horses as the "Palouse horse possibly after the. Palouse River, which ran through the heart of Nez Perce country. Gradually, the name evolved into "Appaloosa". The Nez Perce lost most of their horses after the. Nez Perce War in 1877, and the breed fell into decline for several decades. A small number of dedicated breeders preserved the Appaloosa as a distinct breed until the. Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) was formed as the breed registry in 1938. The modern breed maintains bloodlines tracing to the foundation bloodstock of the registry; its partially open stud book allows the addition of some, thoroughbred, American Quarter Horse and Arabian blood. Today, the Appaloosa is one of the most popular breeds in the United States; it was named the official state horse of Idaho in 1975. It is best known as a stock horse used in a number of western riding disciplines, but is also a versatile breed with representatives seen in many other types of equestrian activity.

Treatment Uses, for treatment of lasix lasts six hours edema, including edema associated with heart failure or renal failure. As an adjunct (for use with other medications) for treatment of acute volume overload states associated with heart failure. For treatment of hypertension; most often employed in lasix lasts six hours combination with other antihypertensive agents, although probably effective if used alone. For treatment of ascites in patients with cirrhosis. Furosemide is also used to improve pulmonary function in infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Nebulized furosemide may be beneficial for treatment of asthma in adults and children although the evidence supporting this use is not overwhelming. Likewise, nasally inhaled furosemide has been used for treatment of sinus congestion and for prevention of recurrent nasal polyps. There is also limited data suggesting that nebulized furosemide may provide symptomatic relief of acute shortness of breath in patients with terminal cancer. A small study of elderly men with nocturnal polyuria (frequent nighttime urination) lasix lasts six hours given lasix lasts six hours furosemide six hours before bedtime demonstrated significant reduction in nighttime urination. Furosemide belongs to a family of drugs called loop diuretics. The differences between loop and thiazide diuretics result from where they act on the kidneys. Loop diuretics work by inhibiting sodium reabsorption lasix lasts six hours from the Loop of Henle (a more significant sodium reabsorption site) while thiazides inhibit reabsorption of sodium in the early part of the kidney's distal tubules. Both cause increased excretion of sodium and water. The loop diuretics produce a more aggressive and shorter lived diuresis; thiazides result in a gentler and more sustained diuretic effect. Thiazides are more effective than loop diuretics for treating hypertension. While furosemide is still the mainstay for treatment of acutely decompensated heart failure, it is slowly falling out of favor for several reasons. The most important is that patients with heart failure are not uniformly volume overloaded. In fact, 40 percent or more may be intravascularly volume depleted. Second, furosemide does not work as quickly lasix lasts six hours as previously thought in very sick patients. Finally, studies comparing treatment of acutely decompensated heart failure found shorter lengths of hospital stay and fewer deaths in patients not given furosemide. Dosing and Administration, usual adult oral dosing ranges from 20 to 80 milligrams per day, titrated to effect up to 600 milligrams (daily). Larger doses are divided into twice daily administration. Single doses are best taken in the morning to avoid sleep disruption from frequent nighttime travenous (IV) dosing for edema in adults is 20 to 40 milligrams, administered slowly. IV doses can be increased by 20 milligrams or the same dose can be repeated at two hour intervals until the desired response is achieved. The final individually determined dose can then be given once or twice daily. In acute volume overload states, best practice dosing (found in many heart failure protocols) is a single IV bolus of double the patient's usual daily (24 hour) dose. IV maximums top off at 4,000 milligrams per day. Injection rates faster than 20 mg/min can cause hearing impairment; current literature recommends against administered furosemide any more rapidly than 4 milligrams per minute. One way to slowly deliver any medication is to inject the drug into a proximal IV tubing port and allow the drip rate to slowly deliver the drug to the patient (typical IV tubing administration sets have a 10-20 milliliter fill volume). It should be noted when attempting to induce diuresis with escalating doses of furosemide that each patient whose kidneys are capable of responding have a threshold below which no diuretic action occurs and a (somewhat higher) threshold above which no greater diuretic effect is seen. Because these thresholds vary from patient to patient and time to time, dosing changes should reflect this understanding. Contemporary critical care practice often utilizes continuous infusions of furosemide to induce, maintain and adjust diuretic response. Dosing for children and infants is typically 1 milligram per kilogram per dose either orally, IV. Dose titration and repeat administrations is much the same as for adults except that no more than 6 milligrams per kilogram per day should be given to a child.
